"This is the closest store to me so it's a shame that the staff are not really helpful, especially when it comes to exchanges and refunds. The staff in bullring are much more willing to help and I usually end up going there after receiving no help here. I always receive excellent customer service in bullring. The handbags and shoes on display are always so dusty. I either order online or go into bullring. Cleanliness seems to be an issue here, even in the changing rooms. The staff also needs to pay attention and listen when making orders in store for customers, I had a parcel delivered to the wrong address because the lady had written my entire address incorrectly!"

"Great selection of affordable clothes, especially nice dresses. Really nice and helpful staff, relaxed vibes. Very easy to make returns in store, when you’ve bought online."

"Went in to collect a package on a Sunday. Had already gone through the process online to speed up the time. Still waited over 10 mins to be seen. Only one worker on the till serving and collecting packages while the manager and another staff were chatted away. A line was forming and they never cared until the customers expressed they were short for time. But instead of helping as you would expect any member of staff to do, comments to be patient was shouted back."

"As with a lot of high street retailers they seem to have lost customers. When I went in the stock was average not really any change, the staff could do with some customer service skills as they were more interested in talking amongst themselves"
