"I have recently moved to the area and there are shops nearer to me..but I have visited terrys a few times now and I find the staff very kind and helpfull with smiling faces. and also there prices are good too. "I had to click 1 star at least I would have given minus 100 million, I had been to this place 5 times to date, to drop of a parcel as they have the Hermes facility, however the lady behind the till today the same one on my last 4 visits did not have a clue on how to scan and print a Hermes label, she was clueless.On todays visit the same happened she said sort it out yourself to me and that it was not her job, then she moved away hiding behind the counter only to play scratchcards, the only bit of English she could speak was " Its not my problem innitt". I shall never go here again, totally unprofessional and very rude. Avoid."
