"I have been using this cash generator for a while now, using the buy back service for my ipad or laptop. It helps when money is tight at the end of the month. We always buy our stuff back, but I have to say, the customer service is good. They are reasonable if you phone and let them know if you are struggling or need to add on days. 1 time my ipad screen was missing a bit of glass from the screen after collection. I was fuming. They said there was nothing they can do as I never opened it up and looked at it in the store. (So now on i always get them to open it for me, have a quick check, then take my ipad back.) I HAVE HAD WORSE EXPERIENCES AT DIFFERENT CASH CONVERTERS/GENERATORS. SO DONT LET THIS SCARE YOU. I THIS HONESTLY IS THE BEST ONE IN BRUM. However I have brought a couple TVs & playstations from there & they had no problems. GOOD SMILEY WORKERS TOO :) WELCOMING"
