"Ryan is not a good example of good customer service, I was asking him to help me with contact email of their head office to make complain regarding the two £599.99 that went out of my account for over 5 days when making an attempt to pay for something online. But Ryan disrespectfully left the group without answering my question. That was really rude , I expected more from him as a customer service."

"Avoid buying online from this store. The Nintendo 2DS XL you see in the image was described as amazing like new condition with no obvious signs of use. They have uploaded loads of photos but none showing the back of the console where the massive scratches are. I have asked to send this back for a refund and they were happy to refund if I send the item back. I have sent this back as advised by them with Royal Mail second class signed for service and they will also refund the cost of posting back (which never happened- no refund for that). I have sent this back a nearly a month later still no refund as Royal Mail apparently lost the parcel. I have phoned cash Converters and they said they cannot refund as they don’t have the console. After hours on the phone with Royal Mail and with them they have decided to partially refund for the console and they asked me to claim the rest with Royal Mail, which I did. 2 days later they phoned me that the item arrived (after nearly 1 month) and they will refund the difference as I haven’t managed to claim anything from Royal Mail. Finally after 1 month I have managed to get my money back but nobody bothered to refund the cost of posting this back as advertised in their terms and conditions. THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Awful experience with hours of phone calls and stress trying to get my money back (partially)."
