"Was looking for Xbox. Spoke to David on the phone who was very pleasant and polite. (Unlike me on a Tuesday afternoon!). Drove to store and parking was easy accross the road in pay and display. Was served by Nikki who was also nice. She cleaned the item properly before she handed over to me. I had to pinch myself in the shop because I didn't think you could get the level of customer service these guys gave. They exceeded my expectations. I've never felt happier with human interaction since the pandemic. I would have no hesitation to go back even if it was just to meet these two again. Thank you both. "Nikki and the manager where so lovely and helpful when I purchased via Ebay. I had an issue at the shop it was meant to be picked up from and they sorted this out so fast. They were always so kind on the phone and being from the south, I appreciated the northern approach to business that sometimes you cant get here. Months later, I had a fault which I thought was the equipment but the power lead needed replacing and now it's all good! They were willing to help me even so long after I purchased which was something I really appreciated. I got an amazing deal and my controller came with the cover and a flight case - a dream for a DJ! "Be very careful at this place on 3 separate occasions i have purchased electrical items from them to get home and find out they are faulty and to make it worse when i asked to see item working i was told it had been fully tested last week just double check anything you buy from them"
