"Upon contacting Damon, he was very responsive and very quickly had us booked in for a full boiler installation. On the day the job was booked in, he arrived at our house promptly and got straight to work. Both Damon and his assistant Shae were both friendly but also extremely professional and efficient. Damon and Shae were both very tidy and left the place as the found it! The finished product looks absolutely amazing, the pipework is extremely neat and the boiler runs like a dream. Damon also spent a considerable amount of time showing us how to use all of the controls, which was a great help. "We recently had issues with our old boiler, Damon answered our messages straight away and came out to check the boiler almost immediately. Upon inspection he offered us the option of a repair to the existing boiler (which was old and had already had previous repairs) or the installation of a new one. Having decided to opt for a new boiler, Damon returned the following day and fitted us with a Glow worm combination boiler which has already proved beneficial. Service, as always, was second to none. Honest evaluation, professional and friendly. 110% recommend."
"Had an emergency boiler breakdown and called this company at 7:30pm at night, spoke to Damon who was on his way home after finishing for the day but explained my situation and he popped straight out to my home, fixed the problem within 30 minutes, explained what was wrong and steps to prevent it in the future and was a genuine, down to earth guy.
