"No problem with the quality of work but was quoted £180 for an oil service that i was happy to pay, this morning i dropped off the keys and asked the lady to contact me if it was going to cost any more, as i had already withdrawn cash, no call from cavendish, on returning to collect the car i was given an invoice for £217.31, when i questioned why it was more i was told well that's just what it is, the office manager was very rude and told me that's what i need to pay because its an hours labour???? they already quoted me £180!! just be carful if using them and ask for any quotes in to be written down, its very difficult these days to find an honest garage. the search continues"
