"Went in wanting some number plates , as soon as the lady opened her mouth I could tell she had a bad attitude , I was asked if I had the correct documents as ‘can’t do it without ‘ and ‘ well what forms have you got ‘ all asked in a clever tone I had to tell the last to calm it as she was at me , I then got my email to show her the correct form , wouldn’t even look at it dismissing it as ‘ has to be a proper form , after literally 3 mins of going in the shop I picked up my paperwork told her to forget it told her she had been really awkward and I as I left she shouted that , there is a 3 grand fine you know! I went straight to the bullseye in Edlington with the exact same paperwork lovely fella took my info printed them straight away no problem at all . So what was the issue at rossington ? BAD ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS ! Won’t be going again !"
