"Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Obviously knows their stuff. However, was advised that neighbours guttering was rammed full of rubbish and that a huge concrete lump was blocking their drains along with the fact that out guttering flows into theirs. Had someone else come who fitted us a brand new roof and did a fantastic job for them to tell us the neighbours guttering wasn't that bad and the concrete really wouldn't pose a problem. The difference between around 150 quid to 30.. Wouldn't let that put people off though as these obviously know what they're doing and we have to count the pennies.."
