"Would highly recommend this company. Boiler had been dripping water after every time it finished and other companies had told me to just get a whole new system. Got in touch with Highfield and they came out and replaced the broken part and serviced it at a fair price as well. He also fixed a valve that had blown on the upstairs cylinder and again at a fair price. Couldn’t do enough for me. Never once pushed more work then needed on me. Won’t be going anywhere else now"
"We called Craig after our boiler broke and left us with no heating or hot water. As a vulnerable customer he came out the same night (Friday) and fixed it to ensure we had the heating over the weekend. He didn't charge for the callout and he returned the following week, as agreed, and due to all the boiler problems, both him and Kieran installed a new one for us. They were both professional and completed the work with a great caring attitude. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I would definitely recommend Highfield and will use their services again, should the need arise."
