I had to wait for a little while due to his prior work commitments but I am glad I did. He was prompt, came on time and was clean and tidy. He treated our home with respect whilst he was working and was a complete professional. The shower room was not an easy install due to wonky walls etc but it didn't phase Lucky at all and he has left it looking absolutely beautiful. He even fixed our bath mixer tap whilst he was here.
