"My silly son left his wallet in a taxi and the lovely driver Steve dropped it home for my son . How truly honest is that and there are not many like that . How kind . So trusting and thank you so much speedie cars ."
"Terrible service. No acknowledgement taxi had arrived and then left again without our knowledge. Awful customer service whose attitude was 'what do you want us to do about it'. Do not recommend."
"Tried to get a taxi home with this company. It was the first night out I'd had out in many years for a birthday celebration. There was a long wait which I do appreciate with it being a weekend. I asked very politely if it was possible to get a queue jump as I'm disabled. A simple no would have surficed however a staff member (female) saw fit to jump out of the office and state in a very vicious manner 'I'm disabled too but I work for a living'. This person knew nothing about my disability and made the assumption that I'm nothing but a scrounger taking the mick out of the system and came straight at me with venom. Had I demanded a free taxi home there and then I could maybe understand. I and my party were disgusted and went elsewhere. Whilst we still weren't able to get a queue jump in a different taxi office the staff were sympathetic to my situation and I was treated with dignity and respect and they allowed me to use the staff toilet whilst waiting which made the wait bearable for me. Shame on you speedie cars, it's companies like you that isolate people like me."
"This used to be a fantastic office. Taxi turned up 20 minutes late yesterday. Blaming us for giving the wrong address but the playback on the phone clearly said our address that we needed picking up from. We where then 20 minutes late picking the children up from school. Very disappointed. The Taxi driver ian was fantastic though"
