"Worse customer service I ever encountered in the UK. I contacted this company at about half 10 to make enquiries about a mini bus from Wrexham to Manchester for my journey on the 15th. I had not even finished asking my questions before she rudely interrupted me. This unprofessional lady stated I couldn’t get a bus in the morning and insisted they will be available at 9am, I decided to go along and ask for the price, to my surprise she said and I quote “ if you’re been rude to me, I am going to hang up the phone”. She hanged up the phone. Guys, the company might be good but has as bad customer’s service"
"booked a taxi while stood outside my house! the driver came into my street drove past me (my house number clearly visible) saw him drive out the street so rang the company to tell them he just drove past me and they said he waited for 3 mins(which i’m aware thats how long the drivers are obliged to wait) and no one was there so he left so i said no he drove straight past me i was clearly there stood on the path outside my house this taxi cause me to be late for work as i had to use a different firm"
"Extremely rude. Hung up whilst giving our address and then continued to hang up when we phoned again. Used another mobile and the man who spoke to us was lovely. Will not be using this company as I know many other people who have a similar problem. This was a lady and she was vile. Staff need sorting already have a bad reputation"
"This review is based on the service provided on obtaining my taxi badge. I literally cannot put into words the level of service and help I was given from Wrexham Prestige Taxis, Upon applying I was given a step by step guide on what was needed to obtain my badge (it was so easy to follow) The company even help towards costs in getting the licence badge (you pay them back at a affordable rate) I sent my first email on the 14th October to the company showing my interest in applying for a vacancy Today 17th November I finally got my licence all thanks to Wrexham Prestige taxis! Just over 1 month to get my licence! Highly recommended A+++++++"
