"Had a taxi pre booked for a wedding, 10 minutes before arrival they cancelled. When calling to try get another taxi they said they don’t come out that far? Stranded at a venue that was shutting at midnight, had to walk in the pitch Black Country lanes to get to our accommodation. Awful service to leave people stranded. If you don’t ‘go that far’ then don’t allow pre bookings & take payment!"
