"I phoned up for a quote on how much for a wash, dry, trim and nails to be clipped. I arrived back to pick up my dog and noticed that he had not had a trim. When I mentioned this to the staff member she said I didnt ask for this service although my partner was with me when I booked the appointment. The other staff member tried to convince me to book back in for the trim and charge me more and I explained I booked hours out of work to get him done etc her attitude was "oh well I didnt book the appointment so". His nails were awful, I do a better job myself with no experience. Only positive I can think of is he smells nice other than that I will never go back!!"
