"Sick and tired of there been no baskets or small trollies, I live at the side of asda drakehouse so go most days and there is never no baskets I have to go all the way down to checkouts to find my own, even on days when there dosnt seem to be many people in or many cars in car park, such a pain they need to refill the baskets more or employ more staff so someone can"

"Be careful when using scan and go. I use this every week not just for speed but also so I can add up while shopping so I don't go over budget. Today the total at the till was different to the scanners total. I queried this and was told that the scanners are only a guide and the til price is the correct price, as scanners were still showing previous pricing. This is bad as my shopping came to £9 more than I had expected. Through embarrassment at other customers listening to me debating the total with staff (who were very loud and rude) I just paid it. So Please be careful when using scanners that you check the price it says is same as the shelf price, or you too will have this happen."
"Spent £130 in the shop this morning 16/12. My phone was scanned and I heard the bleep. My Cashpot was not updated so I phoned head office but was cut off after 20 minutes. Been told they have no trace of my shop and are saying my phone wasn’t scanned. I should have been due at least £14 in my cashpot today. Milestone Mission £1, Christmas Boost £10 and Superstar £3. Thanks Asda have a good Christmas"
