"Professional friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Would be better if they did a proper twin room which is the only downside. Couldn't fault all you can eat buffet breakfast."
"Excellent location for a visit to city hall. Only stayed for one night so can't give it full 5 stars as we didn't use all facilities. Plus the bed was a little too firm for my liking ."
"The staff are friendly, and the service is good. Some of the rooms could do with investment. On one night of staying here I had a room with footprints marked all over the carpet. I have stayed many times. A strange problem is that the floorboards seem like they need replacing, as the floor moves when you apply pressure. Some of the rooms have the old white chair, and this could be replaced with the new blue and red chairs. The new shower gel is a big plus, it is lovely."
"Ok, it's a Travelodge, so don't have too high an expectation. But the room was super warm and clean, the bed was very comfy, and the food was nice. But what really makes this place nice to stay in is the staff, they were all super friendly and helpful."
"Rooms are as you would expect from a Travel Lodge. No frills, but fairly comfortable. Location is central and within easy reach of the main shopping centre. The walk there isn't always pleasant though... The staff in this hotel were outstanding in many ways - friendly, very attentive and always on hand to help. For that reason, I would definitely stay again.... for the right price."
