"Pros: cheap for York, pub parking not far from the town center Cons: Well… if you find appealing dirty toilet bol ( brown marks), hairs on the mirror and in the shower that do not belong to you, and a carpet’s perfume of beer with a hint of pee, this is the place for you We were disgusted about the room! You should make check the cleanliness of that structure because it is very low and dirty! Pee smell and beer smell in the room and carpet! Unfortunately it was too complicated for us to move out and we would have lost too much time but it was our worst accomodation in our lives! And we travel a lot!"
"Stayed here for 4 nights. Absolutely a lovely and convenient place. Ample of parking, very clean room with all necessary items provided ( dryer, shampoo, body wash, tea ,coffee, towels) . Despite its above a pub its very quite. TV in the room with free wifi. Heating is On and you can regulate as you wish. It really is cosy and warm ,so we turned the heating off at night time.Staff at the pub are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, only wish the mattresses were a bit more comfortable."
