"My alternator on RAV4 was malfunctioning. They are based 10 minutes walk away from me. Instead of buying new alternator decided to get the genuine parts fixed. When I got there, Mark greeted me nicely and mentioned they don't have similar ones in stock to exchange. It will take 2 hours to refurb my original one. I left my name and number with them. Within 2 hours they called me and it was ready and he mentioned that the alternator had bearing issue. While fitiing it back, I crossthreaded the alternator due to some other parts issue. I took it back to Mark next day and he rethreaded and provided a bolt to go with it. When I offered money for rethreading he refused to take. It has been 4 weeks and car running like a charm. I recommend them highly for their service."
