"My car was collected, repaired and returned as arranged. The men who collected and returned the car were friendly and polite. The repair was carried out to a very high standard and in resonable time. My only quibble with the service was that I was given the date the car was to be collected but not a time. I phoned them the day before and was given a general idea, otherwise I'd have had to be prepared to wait at home all day. I was told of the return time, so that was great. As my insurance company paid for the deal I have no idea of how expensive the service was, but I would nevertheless recommend P J Rhodes for bodywork repairs."

"Had my rear quarter of my car smashed in due to an accident a few weeks ago. Received my car back yesterday and I could not be any happier. They went above and beyond my expectations with the repair work. Looks as good as new and I can tell that it has been well looked after during repairs. "PJ Rhodes were assigned to me when I had my car door damaged in an accident. I heard from them straight away to say they would be in charge of the repair. Had to wait around 3 weeks due to it being a busy part of the year, but that was only to be expected. They came and took my car away from my house and delivered me an excellent courtesy car. The repair took a week and the job they performed was outstanding. My car was also given a valet and I received a complimentary tin of sweets. The staff were all excellent and I’d like to thank them all for a professional service. Hope I never have another bump in my car, if I did, I know where I would like my car to go."

Curtis arrived at my home with a really nice courtesy car. He was very polite and friendly and he kindly helped me fit two child seats into the courtesy car as I was collecting my grandchildren from school that afternoon. Curtis gave me first class service with a smile! Curtis also advised me on the controls of the courtesy car. During the car body repair I was kept informed of the progress of the repair by Lucy, who was friendly and polite. On completion of the repair, Lucy rang me to ask if it was convenient to return my car and collect the courtesy that same afternoon which it was. Curtis arrived promptly with my car and showed me the completed work which was very good as well as my car being washed, polished and valeted! I also enjoyed the complimentary tin of fruit sweets.! P J Rhodes Ltd have helped me with two other jobs in the past which have also been excellent. They have very high standards both in their work and service. I have found that all their colleagues are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them ."
