"Had a problem with my front window wiper it fell off I tried everything to fix it but couldn't so I phoned them up n asked if they would take a look took my car and the man said its snapped off I think I have a the bit you need went back to shop got the piece clipped it on job done I asked how much it would be and he it's ok I said can I just give you something he said no can't praise them enough being a female I get anxious taking my car to places n getting ripped off good to see there are still good people who will help you and ask nothing in return I will definitely use again thanks again for your help (Bartley green)"
