"Moose my 2 y/o Great Dane x Mastiff was being a big baby and a little challenging but the lovely ladies we met there, from reception staff to the vets and nurses (we only encountered female staff on our visit) they were so kind to me and Moose, looked after us and listened to his needs as well as my concerns as an owner. They were so lovely and helpful and took extra measures to make sure we had a happy and positive vet experience so we can work on Moose's confidence."
"Rushed my little dog in at midnight after having seizures . The ladies on duty were amazing.. Very attentive and understanding even though it was busy, Talked me through everything that was going on and were honest and open about all the procedures.. Rang next night to see how my dog was and the nurse was crying on the phone because they had just lost one of their patients.. Just goes to show they really care... Would definitely go here again, good customer service and understanding is priceless in these situations..."
"Jax our siberian husky was very ill, we can not thank the staff at Birstall enough, how they looked after him, everything was explained what they were doing, the night shift especially siobhan, Sam and Trish, which was on at the time, nothing was too much bother, I could ring and ask how he was anytime over the 8 days he was in, he touched alll you hearts, he nearly broke mine, with all your help he pulled through, A massive thank you Some pics when he was in hosptal to doggy day care with me (as I work there) and asleep after a hard day at play xx"
"The vet was very comforting she made me feel at ease when I was explaining my dogs symptoms she knew straight away it was a dental problem Rosie was on her best behaviour and let the vet do everything that she needed to do. It was an emergency appointment we got a good time 10pm and were seen quick we were out of the practice by 10:20 overall very happy with the service"
"I had to say goodbye to my best friend of 12 years which is soul crushing but the staff were very empathetic and supportive. The operation to untwist his stomach was 3-4 grand "up front" which obviously i didnt have. Just wish they'd offer payment plans. Thats vets for pets biggest flaw. My dog could still be here if they did. I would have paid them more than what they wanted if it meant my dog could be still with me"
