"This repair shop was recommended to me after I found myself in Kidderminster following a bad TV repair experience in my hometown of Birmingham (don't ask!). All I can say is that there are not enough stars to describe the stellar quality of service and knowledge Sean has regarding electrical repairs. After ticking all the above boxes that still doesn't do him justice. A good honest reputable engineer who right now is my go-to guy for any problems I have with audio-visual appliances irrespective of the distance between us."
"It's been a while since this business was reviewed so thought I'd add an up to date one . Dropped a TV in (LG 47" LED) with no life in it at all. Within an hour the owner (Shaun I believe) called to let me know the problem; turned out a new power supply was needed but not available any more. He was however quite happy to give me the part number and I was able to find a second hand one on ebay. When I returned to the shop he fitted the unit while I waited, (and I must point out for a very reasonable charge). Tested and working fine now it's full marks from me."

Gave a best and worst case quotation and ended up being cheaper than the best case. How many companies do that thee days? Not at all greedy. VERY impressed, would recommend to anyone.
