"We purchased a battery from this company 20 months ago as our breakdown service uses them for recovery. Battery went flat this week and the same company came out to jump start. The mechanic said its definitely a fault with the battery and to ring them direct to sort a new one. Told to get further tests done to prove what was already diagnosed which would have been at considerable cost to ourselves basically making us jump through hoops so they haven't got to honour the warranty. Disgusting service and will refuse their service through my breakdown company if I ever have the misfortune to break down again"
