"Con artists. Don't know how else to put it. Discussed a price on the phone but when the job was finished I was asked to pay almost £100 more. The reason being that the quotation was free of Vat. Nobody mentioned anything about any vat on the phone. Not happy about it especially since I had an offer from other garage that could do it at almost half the price. The only reason I went to them is because they were closer and the initial quotation was not that much different from the one of the other garage. Pay attention when dealing with them. I would avoid them altogether."
