"I phoned after the practice had closed and the receptionist was very helpful. Put me through to Graham, one of the vets, who helped me by asking enough questions to ascertain the severity. When I went in I was greeted with a smile from reception and my dog was looked after with a little treat. I then saw a vet called Jonathan. He was great, he answered all my questions and established the problem straight away. Would not go anywhere else despite living over 30 miles away!"
"Thought the guy seeing my dog wasn't overly friendly nor did he handle my dog very well. Really got my back up. I appreciate my dog isn't the easiest but he did nothing to calm his nerves. I've had better experiences with the women veterinarians."
