"Really disappointed. I've used this vets for around twenty years and felt that it was always a good, caring and honest service. However... After my dog got an ear infection I was advised that he would need special antibiotics to treat the bacteria that was causing the infection. After several trips costing in excess of £100 per visit (consultation, cleaning, medication etc.) and one per week I was broke. After a few weeks the infection returned, though probably was never fully eradicated. Unable to afford another round of vetinary treatment I went to a pet store and bought a £10 antibacterial ear cleaner. Three days and the infection was gone... Feel completely conned and disgusted with this vetinary service and will never use them again."
