"They treat you as if you have come to take things for free. I had gone to pick up the entire school kit ( uniform ) for my daughter. I wasn't there from morning till evening. As I mentioned I was there to pick up an entire school kit and I was asked first to wrap up thing soon in about 10 minutes after getting in to the store as there were other customer waiting, then i get asked a second time to pick what ever I have got and leave. All of this wasn't for more than 25 minutes and I did make a purchase of 135 quid. At that point in time I did not know there was another store that I could pick up the same school uniform as well. Cause this is by far the worst customer service I have come across. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN as they definitely dont seem to be in for any sort of customer service. Not sure if I was the only one treated this way. I had forgotten to get her tie with being asking to get out of the store as quickly as possible . I wentt Slaters School wear and they patiently assigned a store advisor and even though it was only for two ties and there were lot of people waiting outside they patiently let pick the tie ( not more than ten minute ) . Now that's customer service."
