"As a previous reviewer has succinctly articulated, avoid this place if you're dropping off Hermes parcels. If the guy behind the counter can't get a clean scan off the label, he hasn't the nouse or initiative to manually input the scan code to facilitate the drop off. P!ss poor customer service from a filthy hovel of a store. Thankfully, I won't be returning."
"Avoid this store if you are sending a Hermes parcel, This is the second time I have sent a Hermes parcel from this store and both times the parcel has gone missing The second time, the Hermes driver was actually in the shop and I handed over my parcel. Again, it has gone missing and yet again, I would ask Hermes if they are employing trustworthy drivers. The reason I have given this store one star is because they provide an invalid bar code so there is no way of tracing where the lost parcel is. By the way, although the sign states Premier store, I have checked and it is not recognised as a Premier store."
"i love this place, it is my second home. i love to buy energy drinks and meet the friendly people behind the till. it is a great place but the 39p energys are a rip off and should go back to 30p. overall it is the best place in the uk and should get a gold star."
