"Went in store couple of day ago saw women timberland boots on sale for £70 went back in this morning try it on again accidentally the price tag came off.asked for the size. the girlBring out then I want to buy it then been told it full price as £180 even know the sale price still in the boots. "Mr/Mrs JD - if you ever want to save money, half the number of staff in your store and enploy people who actually work. Service is the worst I've known. We left after 40 painful minutes without trainers. Staff are just stood round talking to each other while customers are waiting. Go to Schuh over the road - staff are friendly, helpful and we left with two pairs of trainers"
"It's an odd place. It's difficult to identify staff and get attention. I'm sure they have a system but it feels archaic. Not too sure what to make of the DJ mixing the tracks on the way in. Nice products but prices seem a little more than usual."
