"I've had a visit to the cinema very recently and I'm very pleased about the change to recliner seats. It's very comfortable and surprisingly affordable compared to a lot of other cinemas nearby. My only problem comes with the food and drink ordering system. While I like the idea of using the touchscreen to get tickets, I feel that adding additional touchscreens for food and drink upstairs would be more convenient and lead to less confusion."
"This branch is raggedy. The staff are ok but the place needs some repairs and more attention to the cleaning. The audio and visuals are perfectly fine. My chair was stuck in the fully reclined position and staff said there was nothing they could do, the arm of the chair was also loose and stuffed full of rubbish."
"We visited the view 23.10.2022. The view has changed from since lockdown. You either buy your tickets online or you buy them from downstairs in the foyer, likewise the food works on the same principle everything via the machine downstairs at the entrance. Maybe it's a good idea. But it needs to be more clear as everybody comes up and stands in the queue only to be told you need to pay for the things before coming up. yes it's got collections but it's not clear. Once you done that you come and collect them upstairs The place was a mess I don't know if it was because it was the 9pm show. The drink station was a mess overflowing all over the floors It was messy likewise the toilets. where you collect your popcorn and other bits were the same quite dirty they need to do better. It doesn't matter what's time the showing it should be cleaned up. Very disappointed. The view has quite a lot of screens, it has a licence bar and plenty of parking."
"Great location with on site park convenient for when your taking your kids to the cinema or going with someone else lots of different food shop to pick for with entertainment for the whole family to enjoy for all ages very comfortable seats that recline with even a take to put your snacks."
"Went there the other day after a long time and I'm very happy about the upgrade to new recliner seats.. so much better.. very comfy and good ticket price.. everything was clean, there's plenty of parking space outside (weekday at least), quick order downstairs to collect upstairs, it was quiet so no queue at all.."
