"The room was good but I found hairs from previous guest in the bed. it was impossible to rest as there were kids yelling and running in the hotel aisle, when I went to kindly ask their parents at midnight to low the noise I saw a room with 7 or 8 kids and around 10 adults. Yes. In one room. I called reception to inform them that the guest in the second floor were being extremely noisy and that given the time it as inappropriate. Nothing got fixed. Next morning from 7AM again screams and noises from the guest. Called reception and they did nothing. Definitely not a hotel to rest."

"Roo.s were very clean and friendly housekeeping staff. Restaurant staff also very friendly and welcoming. Parking is limited and paid for. A little far if you need to be in the city, but easy access the tube station is less than 10 minutes wall away."

"The Park Grand is a very nice hotel very clean and lovely rooms with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Stayed one night after going to Twickenham and had drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The menu was mostly Indian food which I like very much and is cooked on demand not microwaved out of the freezer, there are some alternatives, but it is Indian focused. The garlic naans are among the best I have ever had, and I've been going to India for 25 years at least. A great night's sleep in a comfy bed and finished off the stay with a full buffet style breakfast with fresh cooked eggs etc far too much to tell without typing all day but let's just say it was so good that I went round twice, and it was good value. The only downside is the fact that parking is very limited, however we did get a space, so all was well."

"One of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time, especially after a long flight. Check in was seamless, bed comfy and room spotless. Will definitely stay again in future."

"Had a lovely weekend here. Easy to book, lovely checkin, very helpful staff. Beautifully clean rooms (I am very picky) Could not have been more helpful. Only draw back is for someone who can't eat spicy food the menu was limited to salad or burger and chips. That being said, would definitely recommend and would definitely come back again."
