"Good lobby, nice and helpful staff. The rooms are big and the bed is comfortable. However, the room's furniture needs an upgrade as it seems worn down. This greatly affected my overall impression of the room. The big negative was the room service. I was told the wait would be about 1 hour, but took between 1,5-2 hours to get a burger. When it finally arrived, it came in a doggy-bag, and was lunkwarm to cold. Sad to say that this was not the best hotel experience."

"I spent two nights in a spacious room. The room arrangement and linen were neat and nice. Though the room interior was not very up to date, it was a nice stay and was good value for money. I came to this place based on a staff member Donald's recommendation and would like to thank all the staff at the hotel for making our stay remarkable."

"Check in was not as smooth as we hoped , and took longer than expected. For some reason they wanted to see our passport ?? Why?, Many cleanliness issues were identified in the room, from black mould in the shower, to unidentified white stains on the bed. The beds were ok (typical hotel beds and not the most comfy) The food from the restaurant was really tasty , so that was positive. To sum up I would probably not visit again as there are many hotels available nearby that would hopefully offer better quality."

"we are on business travel and at the last minute we are forced to choose this since there were no option on city center , but the Hotel staff make us feel the right choice we made, Rooms are neat & clean- regular cleaning Breakfast has good varieties & quality. housekeeping , Restaurant staff including the chef all great people and Reception staff are very helpful because our target will be always them for any help during of stay of 30 days very calm and pleasant . Specialy Donald and few ladies staff(don't Remember the name)"

"The room was spacious with two large chairs. Room seemed nice and clean, including the bathroom. My only reason for giving a 4 was the bed. The bed was pretty hard and seemed like a cheap mattress. They had placed a mattress pad under the sheet to add some cushioning but it really didn't help much. One night is okay but I would not want sleep on it more than that. I would expect a Hilton property to have a quality bed, which this is not. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good, but the service was exceptional. Even though the hotel is directly under the flight path the noise level was very low, and not an issue."
