"Was made to feel uncomfortable by a blonde member of staff with a foreign accent. I Watched my husband playing and she rudely asked me to wear my mask even though hers was not on properly and even though she was the dealer on a other table. She then kept turning around and snarling me and made me feel very uneasy. I thought she might have been looking at somebody behind me but I checked and nothing was going on behind me so she was staring at me. I just wanted my husbands game to be over so I could get away from her. Other than that everything else was perfect."
"I like coming here, staff are really nice and welcoming. Only issue for me is the poker table. Only ever one seems to be open and a fair queue waiting to get a seat. So last couple of times I've held on for half an hour but left have not had a play at anything or certainly what I want to play."
