"Love this cinema for a close proximity to my home, free parking, cheap tickets, outstanding seats. The only downsides would be that some screenings might be a bit low on volume and in some cases you might hear loud sound from adjacent screenings. All in all, pros outweigh the cons and it's a smak price to pay for such a good cinema experience."
"Fantastic movie house in Liverpool. Plenty of parking on site. The seats are the most comfortable I have ever sat in. The arm rests are wide, with a drink cup holder. You push a button and the leg rest silently raises and the back rest reclines. Even when your legs are fully stretched out, people can still walk past because the rows are so wide. This is really a luxury cinema."
"My word! Not been here in ages and the place is excellent, very well upgraded since my last visit. The main lobby/foyer area is much the same, however, the spacious and comfortable screens are much improved. There are a lot less seats in each screen now to allow for electric recliners in place of the old bouncy green chairs. The seats are really comfortable and the walking space between aisles is impressive. The entire venue is super clean and the staff were right onto cleaning up the screen for the next viewing. Excellent service throughout and will certainly be returning. This is how movies are meant to be enjoyed!"
"I love this cinema. Great location. McDonald's is next door. Free parking. Friendly staff. Really comfortable chairs. Highly recommend."
"Refurbished! I’ve been to this Showcase over the past two decades and it needed this refurbishment, now the cinema rooms are great. Firstly, there is a brand new cafe and a dedicated ticket area which looks great. Haven’t tried them personally and I booked online using the app. If you’re a showcase member you get discount. I watched the Dr. Strange: Multiverse and it costed £7.50. There are now two brand new drink dispensers too with lots of drink options including different coke flavours (same machine used at Five Guys). The cinema rooms used to have the classic velvet fold-out seats but now they have leather reclining chairs and there’s so much leg room! There are plenty of seats in the cinema rooms too, it’s never super busy so it’s a good cinema experience with little to no disruptions. The room was very clean too. One thing they didn’t upgrade was the toilet room. No automatic taps, soap dispensers and no new high-powered hand dryers. Overall, the Showcase has made a lot of improvements and the overall cinema experience is great, it’s a lot cheaper than the Odeon. Although I would’ve liked to have seen the toilet room upgraded too. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this cinema over others in Liverpool."
