"If you ring the main 033 contact line (or the old 0113 no) , your get a long spiel of insurance babel which you are forced to listen to for a minute or two. Then no-one answers the phone -and you are left on hold being told "your time is precious to us..." every 30-60 seconds - yes there is an option to leave a voice mail and be called back, but if they cannot do a simple task of answering the phone, how can you trust them to call back."
