"Got a phone call from a mobile number whilst at work. Lifesearch are apparently partners with moneysupermarket and got my details because I requested an insurance quote online. I explained I was at work and couldn't take a sales call, I had to politely repeat this three times as advisor was so persistent and quite abrupt. When he finally relented, I asked him not to call me again. I later rang the company to speak to a manager so that I could get my details cleared off their system, was promised a call back within a few minutes. 2 hours later...no call! Shoddy set up and unprofessional. Will take this up with moneysupermarket too, customers should not be harassed like this."
