"The time it takes to speak to an advisor is completely unacceptable having spent over 6 hours on hold waiting to speak to anyone WITH A MINIMUM WAIT OF 30 MINUTES EACH TIME OFTEN AN HOUR!!! Claim still not sorted now into the forth month after the accident and still no further along!! "Axa are the worst insurer Ive ever had, and since they where the first that quite an achievement. They will lie and cheat to take your money. They will scrap your car at your cost. Their help desks are less than helpful. I got more information of the guys who they sent my car to be scraped by then them. Avoid like the plug rats they are. Because thats what they are. The micro organisms that infest the fleas that live on the backs of rats"
