Delivered on my unadopted road and didn't put protection down before lowering tail lift, gouged 2 large pieces of tarmac out of the road, when I emailed them to complain their customer service replied saying it's because the builder who laid the road didn't lay the road right and it wasn't their job to check whether the road is suitable for where they are making a drop off. I'll be taking them to court through my house insurance."
