"Horrible staff, treat you like dirt and judge you by the way you look, tried charging me upfront after looking up and down at me and because I was going to knottingley and never been charged upfront before. Been a business owner in town this is unacceptable. Avoid these cowboys like the plague."
"Pre booked a taxi in the morning for a certain time in the afternoon. The taxi arrived 15 mins late therefore making us 15 minutes late to where we needed to be. As soon as we entered the taxi the driver was the rudest driver I have ever come across. He told me I should have booked the taxi earlier if we wanted to be on time. He then did not drop us off outside the venue. Will never use again and this particular driver certainly needs training!"
"Ordered a Taxi at 8.59am was told 10-15 mins waited until 9.17am and nothing came. Rang was told 5-7mins. 10.30 still no Taxi only to show up at 32. So disappointed and will never use again."
"Really great barbers. Always polite and friendly and take the time to make sure you get the perfect haircut. Prices are reasonable and it is just a walk in so never a long wait with usually 4 barbers to choose from."
"Usually they are ok but today driver turned up 15 minutes late, no courtesy to apologise or even give me a reason why he was late. Then proceeded to play with his phone whilst driving, watching videos and scrolling through his whatsapp chats. Not impressed."
