"Called up to book a 6 seater taxi, agreed a price and easy to do. 4 seater turned up by mistake, not too much of a problem as the right car came 15 mins later. Although when we get there he charges us twice as much, telling us that it's our own fault for not booking the right taxi?! The driver was rude and he could have considered their own mistakes"
