"Firstly where do I start I came in with my children and partner found a sofa which we loved first the man over charged and then said he couldn’t give a refund of the over charge as there’s no manager and had to wait around ! Got told a delivery date guaranteed and since then we have still not received our sofa Every week we are told delivery issues 100% percent next week To the point we’re I had to go back to the store and ask what’s going on They advised delivery definitely for this week Now I’ve called and they said sorry more delays next week. We have constantly been fobbed off and this company doesn’t care I asked to speak to managers, contacted via email And they won’t give any money back for inconvenience or cancel the order Just keep saying u have to wait WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

"Lovely store with amazing staff who are so friendly and customer orientated. I was interested in a lovely bed and Aimee Jones showed me around, she is super friendly and offered me a great deal on a very expensive bed. She went above and beyond to the extent of the fact that I will always go back for more furniture and recommend her and the shop to my family/friends. The bed is also amazing and arrived within a week even though I was told it could take up to 3 weeks, the two workers who fitted the bed were also very efficient and completed the job within 40 mins. Overall a strong 10/10 for my service with Fabb and Aimee is amazing as a customer services representative as she has made me feel like I can always come back to the store for more products or help with my current one if needed."
"Terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. First complaint - delivery took 7x months!! And the information about when it would arrive was zero. I had to call multiple times and got nothing but excuses and delivery dates pushed back a number of times. Second complaint - item arrived unsatisfactory. The sofa is uncomfortable due to the segment not sitting on the bracket properly. Meaning it's useless for purpose. Had to wait for a third party Technician, twice, and now waiting a bracket to be delivered for fix. 3x weeks later still no word. Just called again I am told the bracket is coming from overseas, from the manufacture place the sofa took 7x months to arrive from, so god knows how long it'll be....for a bracket?! I am told the manufacturer changed their email address and so now waiting a reply from the updated one. Meaning the only contact they had was an out of date email, waiting a response from a mailbox that might not even be correct. No phone call made to the manufacturer, nor an ordering system that has a modern day confirmation and tracking process! I have an unsatisfactory product and with any other company and product i would be able to get a return and refund but with Fabb/AHF i feel like my money is held hostage. I am paying monthly for a product that is uncomfortable and unfit for purpose from the moment it arrived, 7x months late, and will still be until the part arrives in another number of months by which time it will have deteriorated even further. Third complaint - Customer Care representative is rude and condescending. Flat out refused my request to speak with a superior authority 'no they don't talk on the phone to customers'. Tried giving me a lesson on how Covid was 'really terrible and affected so many things'. Yeh i know we all had to live it and you have no idea what I went through. You will not get anything good from ordering here, they don't have or own my product in the UK so everything is literally out of their hands and have to wait forever to know the next steps. I should have done more research about them or gone with a company with a better more obvious reputation."
"I bought my sofa with this company in August 2020, I waited for delivery for Christmas as promised but it was delivered in January of the following year. Covid was given as a reason and I understood it. On the day of delivery the delivery guys pointed out a small defect which they reassured me will be resolved quickly if I call the company. I have since waited for parts so be delivered and for the sofa to be repaired. The finally sent the part in July 22 with a repair booked for the 8of September. I have just been told by the repair company that the shop has cancelled the repair with no explanation much to my surprise. The service is appalling and will not recommend them to anyone. !! Can’t take 2.5+ years to resolve a problem!"
