"Highly disappointed. They are very unprofessional. I had ordered 1 king-size and 1 Single firm mattress before 15 days of the agreed delivery date. On the day of delivery, the shop called and said that they do not have firm mattress but they can deliver spring mattress. I had to suffer a lot because of this as I had moved to UK recently and had ordered it to set up my new place. I had to sleep in the floor until I arranged something else. Please save yourselves from this shop."
