"Avoid! Tried for a week to renew policy but Heritage incapable of correcting their incorrect premium mistake on the ‘pay now’ button and no response to email! Ring backs promised but never happened, then had a call this morning telling me as I’d not paid the premium, my insurance had lapsed!! (Even have an email saying they’d renew without charge over the weekend and they’d sort it out and call today!!) Left hand has no idea what the rights doing! Used another broker and car now insured elsewhere."

The only claim I have ever had to make was for a damaged windscreen which was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
