Reviews
"Great location, nice and professional personal with high personal quality!!! I want to express our deep gratitude for the care and service of the staff of this hotel, especially the team that worked on the day of our departure - the receptionist Julia, John Paul, and Linda. They surrounded us with warmth and care, and this greatly supported us as refugees from Ukraine. We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation. Thank you very much!!"
"Great room, very friendly and help staff on arrival. Plenty of food options in the restaurants. Ample parking. Highly recommended, would return"
"Stayed here fir one night recently. We were given room number 1 which was on ground floor near to reception. Outside our room was a door for the corridor which was noisy with guests coming in and out which was quite annoying, the door slamming every so often. To top it all there is a family room above and most of the night we could hear footsteps running around the room so didn't get much peace and quiet. Room 1 was the worst possible room to be in!The lady on reception upon checking in was friendly."
"Stayed here a few times. Really convenient for visiting family, close to the motorway but not noisy. The staff have always been lovely. Decent Premier Inn, could do with a face-lift but overall it's fine."
"Visited with my teenage daughter while visiting Liverpool University. Hotel very easy to find, right next to m62. Right near the junction, about 15-20 from the city centre. Nice big free car park. Check in quick and easy. Lovely lady on reception, sorry I can't remember her name but she was extremely friendly, funny and helpful. She booked us in for dinner at the Brewers Fare restaurant adjoining the hotel. There's no lift unfortunately, but it's only a small flight of stairs. Our room was clean and tidy and all the sockets and USB points worked (we've previously stayed at other premier inns and this hasn't been the case). Dinner was good. I had a sirloin steak and my daughter had a cheeseburger and these were well cooked and really tasty. Service was fast and bar staff efficient. We had pudding aswell. Crumble for my daughter and eton mess for me. They were very nice too. Down the other end of the pub was a children's play area which was a bit lively. We had a good night's sleep and the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was very nice, good selection of continental and tea and coffee. Hot food was cooked to order and was very nice and the man serving breakfast was very friendly and service was quick. This hotel is in a good location and cheaper than city centre premier inns.... very easy to get into Liverpool itself from here. There is an Aldi, KFC, petrol station and starbucks opposite. Highly recommended!"
