"Posting on behalf of my partner. Her psychiatrist doesn't listen to her and doesn't seem to care in the appointments. Every single appointment she has(including medication reviews) gets cancelled or rescheduled for months later. Wouldn't mind if it was for a good reason but people are on the verge of killing themselves and we have been told its cancelled for the psychiatrists annual leave? What a joke wouldn't trust them to look after or support anyone"
"I honestly feel so let down by the service I have received since it has moved from Orphan Drive. I really think the Government need to address the funding issues, access to services, crisis team, service user input and I have waited 3 years for a support worker, and I have been under this team for 16 years. Its not good enough. I have been really in crisis lately, 5 days for someone to call me back, and given medication, then was supposed to call me back 7 to 14 days later , I got a letter saying someone would call me 22 December 2021. I litrally could be dead without my son. Absolute negligence. . Been waiting for PALS for 3 months."
