"In this day of post Covid substandard service delivery exuses I wanted to share the most surprisingly best experience in progesterone testing in my last 14 years of breeding. I have not AI'd in 6 years so I did the usual initial baseline progesterone testing with my regular vet on Monday- paid £54 for "same day" results...got them 30 hours later and still had to call to chase. Went to Steve at K-9 and was able to walk in on Wed no appt and have results in 35 min @ £30. He accessed the vein like a magician and Kit never flinched. Repeat Fri and today (Sat). Same great care and professionalism today from Debbie. Clinic was immaculate every visit. I am using frozen semen for TCI so timing is imperative .
