I can’t thank everyone enough for their support, from the minute you walk in you feel part of something very special and this is special. It works if you are willing to put in the effort. There are no gym program to go with it, just eat the foods and the weight will come off...I know some people won’t believe and I guess I was very wary to begin with but with 10 pounds lost in my first week, I soon became a firm believer. I am still on the diet as I want to lose another stone and a half but I wanted to write a review for those people who really want / need to lose weight and want it guaranteed...this is for you! People have asked if it is expensive and I have told them that I only buy the Alevere food and a few vegetables, I’m not going out for meals or having takeaways so as long as you are committed and don’t waste your money by cheating, it is worth every penny. There are a number of different meals, snacks and drinks that ensure you are not hungry, the additional vegetables are important so make sure to you build them into you day and drink plenty of water.
