"Very bad college. They only care about funding and pass rates. They will fake failing students work to make them pass. This demeans the whole thing. Avoid"
"Working here. Outside only due to covid. But the staff were pleasant despite pandemic problems"
"No one answers. Called so many times to enquire about a course. Only to be put on hold for 20 minutes plus. Now when I ring automated message says they can't connect me. Course is due to begin soon and I want to enrol before course starts."
"Very disappointed. I completed a 12 week course in 6 with the promise that I could start the next course in September however, that ended up being full. I have waited 4 months to find out whether I've even passed my course and now, due to unreasonable opening hours (10-4.30 3 days a week, not weekends) I am unable to collect my certificate unless I pay for it to be posted to me as I work full time. As the September course is full I have been told I am able to start in January however the 12 month course will be run over just 6. I feel doing this will hinder my learning experience and I will still be expected to pay the full amount for the course. Communication with the college about my concerns have been poor and I have been left chasing responses. Not happy Deacon House."
"not good place to study.promised someone will call me for enrollment after I sat down assesment and I have been inteviewed but no one called me. what a jock"
