The store has a a lot of stock on display, which is good, but can make navigating your way around it difficult, especially if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. The staff are very helpful. The access is upstairs next to the escalators and food court. There is a useful glass lift to the upper mall area, located in the centre of the downstairs shopping area."
